The short version: we barely collect anything

What we collect

• Your problem description and city. Used only to produce matches during your visit. Your city is used to filter plumbers by service area — nothing more.
• Your session, on your device only. Your progress is remembered in your browser’s local storage so matches survive a closed tab. It never leaves your device and expires on its own.

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or street address. We do not send anything about you to plumbers.

One anonymous exception

If you answer “was this match useful?”, we store that answer along with the business, service, and city it was about — nothing else. No name, no email, no IP-based profile, no cookies for tracking. We use these answers to catch bad recommendations and improve matching for everyone.

What we don’t do

• No lead forms — we never forward your request to contractors.
• No advertising or analytics trackers.
• No selling or sharing of data, because there’s essentially no data to sell or share.

When you contact a plumber

Calls and websites are direct — we’re not on that call, and whatever you tell a plumber is between you and them.
