This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information from individuals seeking plumbing services ("Users" or "you") through the Website. Plumbing companies participating in our lead program receive alerts and purchase leads via Stripe, but do not submit personal data directly through the Service unless they are also Users. By using the Website, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following personal information from Users through our chatbot at finestcityplumbers.com when you request plumbing quotes:

• Contact Information: First name, email address, phone number, and zip code.
• Project Details: Information about your plumbing needs (e.g., type of work, urgency, location type).

For plumbing companies, we do not collect personal information directly through finestcityplumbers.com/buy-lead. Payment information for lead purchases is processed securely by Stripe (see Section 3).

• Connect you with reputable plumbing companies by sharing your contact information and project details with the number of plumbers you specify who purchase access to your lead.
• Store your information securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers.
• Use your email address and phone number to create lookalike audiences for advertising purposes to promote our Service.
• Analyze Website usage and improve our Service through Google Analytics.

For plumbing companies, we send lead alerts via email but do not use or store personal information unless collected via Stripe for payment processing.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share Users’ personal information with:

• Plumbing Companies: Your contact information and project details are shared only with the number of vetted plumbing companies you request (e.g., 3) who purchase access to your lead.
• Service Providers: We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for data storage and Google Analytics for website analytics. These providers may have access to your information as necessary to perform their services.

For plumbing companies purchasing leads via finestcityplumbers.com/buy-lead, payment information is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store or directly handle this payment data. Stripe’s use of your information is governed by its own Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your information with other third parties except as described above or as required by law.
