When a lead matches your profile, you get a call. An automated voice reads the job details: what service they need, the ZIP code, the situation, and project scope. You decide whether to accept before committing to anything.

We're keeping leads free until we can reliably prove the program works end-to-end. That means consistent traffic, solid lead-to-hire rates, and positive feedback from both plumbers and homeowners. When we're confident in the results, we'll share your actual beta performance data — leads received, jobs closed, revenue earned — so you can evaluate whether paid plans make sense for your business. Current plumbers will get advance notice and preferred pricing.
Leads are routed to the highest-quality plumbers first. Your Quality Score is based on response rate (40%), close rate (30%), homeowner rating (20%), and pickup speed (10%). Higher score = earlier position in the call queue. If you don't answer, the lead cascades to the next plumber. The homeowner always gets up to 3 estimates.
During signup, you select your preferred regions and can exclude specific ZIP codes. Leads are only sent to plumbers whose coverage matches the homeowner's location. If their ZIP doesn't match your settings, you'll never get the call.
Nothing. Pressing 2 on the call declines the lead with no penalty. After 3 declines, we follow up by SMS to ask what types of jobs you'd prefer. We use this feedback to improve matching. Declines don't hurt your quality score — only missed calls do.
